My EFT journey began in 2020, during the pandemic, when I came across a powerful presentation by Dr. Peta Stapleton. She shared research on how EFT affects the brain and supports emotional healing. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling.

Since then, I've specialized in trauma-informed EFT, inner child work, and advanced techniques designed for lasting transformation. This work has supported women—especially those who pour into others through their care and service—to gently reconnect with their own voice, release emotional blocks, and move forward with calm, steady confidence.
